| A Little About Myself | Female, 68 years-old with bad knees. |
| Pros | The chair is very quiet and probably the quietest I have ever heard. It has excellent padding and the fabric is very nice. |
| Cons | The seat is too short. Even after telling you my height, it is uncomfortable because I don't have enough length. Also, I don't like that the foot rest doesn't come up high enough without reclining the back. The back doesn't recline enough to lay down either. |
| Service & Delivery | Service and delivery were excellent. Not bringing the chair inside could be terrible for someone with no help, but I understand this is the option of the shipping company and not your store. |
| I need to be able to elevate my legs more and I need to be able to lay down if necessary. I have enjoyed the chair to a certain extent but would not pay this much for it if I had been able to sit in it prior to sale. | |
