| Pros | Easy to set up and use. Good quality, design. Better (less daunting)option than any other lift. |
| Cons | Large for a small person - can't sit back - doesn't fit. Requires more water in tub. |
| Service & Delivery | Excellent. The chair arrived sooner than I thought it would - we used it the next day. |
| The best arrangement for a weak patient who can sit but can't pull up. We tried a transition board but that was unsatisfactory - this Bath Lift has been most helpful. | |

| Pros | This chair is everything it claims to be and then some. It is extremely well engineered and constructed. My family has been using it daily for a couple of months now and it has performed flawlessly. Our home health nurse was so impressed with the chair he took all the information on it and passed it on to other clients of his. It has helped our family feel safe and independent again. |
