Lift Chairs 4 Less Return Policy

Unlike many companies, we don't pass on return costs to other customers. This allows us to give you the lowest prices on lift chairs every time you call us. We hope that you'll understand our goal and that our return policy is fairly strict because of it. In any case, Lift Chairs 4 Less wants to sell you the right chair every time, so you won't have to make any returns. The only customers we want getting another lift chair are our repeat customers!

 

Inspection

You have 10 days from receipt of your chair to inspect it for damage or defects. If you find any damage or defects, your lift chair will be repaired or replaced at NO COST to you. Decisions on repair or replacement are left up to the manufacturer.

Returns

Any returns made for reasons other than damage or defects are subject to the following rules:

  • Returns cannot be made on lift chairs that have been upgraded with optional fabrics (fabrics that are added at an extra cost), on chairs with options such as heat & massage added, or on leather lift chairs of any type.
  • Returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee and a $100 fee to cover outbound freight charges.
  • The customer is responsible for repackaging and shipping the chair back. If you do not have the box, one can be purchased for the cost of the box plus shipping.
  • In-home setup fees are non-refundable, unless the wrong chair was set up in your home.
  • All returns must arrive in "like new" condition.

How To Make A Return

Please call us before making a return. We will send you a return authorization form that you need to sign and return to us by fax or email. Next, we will send you a return authorization number and further instructions on making the return.

Non-Returnable Items
Bath Lifts, Toilet Seat Lifts and Walk-In Bathtubs are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
 

Cancellations

Cancellations cannot be made once the lift chair has gone into production. For in-stock lift chairs, cancellations can be made subject to a 15% restocking fee and a $100 fee to cover outbound freight charges.
