| Pros | Well built for a larger person, very good leg support, and quite cushy. The delivery man was very, very nice. Brought it in the front door, put it in place (and popped the back on), even plugged it in! Wonderful service. |
| Cons | Only two sizes available for this liftchair. Couldn't decide which to buy my mother-in-law. She's on the heavy side, but only about 5'3". I purchased the med/lg. But probably should have gotten the small/med. The chair is roomy, but too tall and deep for her to sit in properly by herself. We have to pull her back and up for her to be in the correct position to use properly. |
| Service & Delivery | Service was excellent and delivery was VERY quick. The trucking service was terrific--came on time, and was mentioned, he was very pleasant and quite helpful. |
| It was very hard to judge the seat depth my mother-in-law would need. Med/Lg is too deep for her and the back is too tall. But we're keeping it, as it is such a nice chair. My husband loves it and naps in it often! He especially likes the Trundelburg position for his back. | |

What can I say! This is the best lift chair on the market. I tried others but they never went back far enough. This one does. You really have to try it to experience the difference. |
| Cons | I would have liked to have seen & tried the smaller chair to compare. I also would liked to have seen large swatches of the fabric. |

| This is the chair I would get again and I may still get the smaller one, and probably the leg extension for guests. | |
