| Pros | This lift chair has good size, which is a positive for many of my clients and comes with a very good warranty. It provides my clients with the ability to sit and rise independently and safely. The durability is also good. |
| Cons | The material is easy to stain or tear. |
| Service & Delivery | The delivery of this product was prompt but the set up services were less than satisfactory. They were late and when we finally made contact with my client they were rude. |

This Pride lift chair can handle my size and has the room that I need. The fabric is great and it adjusts to the positions that are most comfortable for me. It is very quiet in operations. The cost is very good for the quality. |
| Cons | Not quite as plush as the lazy boy I had. Chair arms not as soft and back cushion not as plush. |
| Service & Delivery | Service is good but the delivery was terrible. I choose the curb side delivery and they showed up in a 18 wheeler for a residential neighborhood and tried to drop it in the street. This chair is heavy and there was no way I could get it from the street into the driveway. After 20 minuses of arguing the driver finally put the chair on my wife's scooter lift on her van and she drove it up the driveway. They were rude and acted as if they were doing me a favor just to be there. PAY for inside delivery if you can afford it. |

| Cons | It needed a little padding and I made one call and a man came out and fixed it. |
| Service & Delivery | No problems. They called me and chair was delivered next day. |
